Bacon Egg Soup

Bacon rashers and hardboiled egg soup!

Yield: 1

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Ingredient List:

4-5 bacon rashers, roughly chopped

2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and diced

½ quart chicken stock

1 tbsp. butter

Sour cream for garnishing

Salt and pepper to taste

ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

Instructions:

1. Put all the ingredients (except sour cream) in a large and microwave proof bowl. Mix well.

2. Place the bowl in microwave and cook for 5 minutes, while stirring the soup after every 30 seconds.

3. Once done, remove the bowl from microwave.

4. Garnish with sour cream

5. Serve hot!
